Walco operates a 50,000+ sq. ft. production facility in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, with dedicated steel storage, production, welding, assembly, staging and loading areas.
Walco's Pottsville, Pennsylvania shop has two overhead cranes rated at 5 tons and 7.5 tons, plus multiple jib cranes throughout the facility, multiple forklifts for internal movement, and high-capacity loading docks.
Walco has 8 dedicated weld stations and 13 total industrial 480V three-phase welders rated for industrial duty cycle, supporting structural welding, heavy weldments, production welding and fixture-based repeat welding.
Walco's in-house equipment includes a CNC plasma cutting machine, hydraulic presses, steel punches, industrial shears, multiple drill presses, industrial saws, press dies and custom tooling, plus material preparation and finishing stations.
Yes. Walco operates two full-size industrial paint dipping tanks in-house, alongside material preparation and finishing stations. Specific coating systems are confirmed per project.

Walco has successfully hosted and operated customer-installed steel punches, industrial shears, iron workers and 200-ton presses, allowing a manufacturer to add capacity without expanding its own plant footprint.
